At Dubai Chocola, we strive to deliver luxury handcrafted chocolates with the utmost care and efficiency. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy to ensure a smooth ordering experience.


Shipping Information

Important Notice:

During peak seasons (November, December, and January), processing times may be extended due to high order volumes. Orders will be shipped within one week instead of our usual 2-day processing time.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is packed and shipped!


Shipping Transit Time

  • Standard delivery time: 4-5 working days (after processing).
  • Customs processing: Some international shipments may take up to two weeks due to customs clearance. While this process is often quick, Dubai Chocola has no control over customs delays in the destination country.
  • Physical address required: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical shipping address.

Estimated Delivery Times

Dubai Chocola provides estimated delivery times, which are accurate 99% of the time. However, unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier delays.


Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next business day.
  • All orders are carefully packed to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Damaged Shipments

If your Dubai Chocola package arrives damaged, please:
Keep the shipping box, products, and original packaging.
Email us at customerservice@dubaichocola.com within 3 days of delivery.
✔ Attach photos of the damaged items, shipping box, and shipping label.

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.


Address Changes & Additional Costs

If your order has already shipped and you need to change the address:

  • Any additional charges from DHL, UPS, or FedEx will be your responsibility.
  • You may be able to update your address directly with the courier using the tracking number provided.

Customs Fees, VAT & Courier Communication

  • Customs fees, tariffs, and duties are not included in our pricing.
  • If applicable, the courier may contact you for additional information or customs payments before delivery.
  • Failure to respond may result in your order being returned to us, and refunds will not be provided.

UAE Customers: A 5% VAT is charged at checkout.
UK Orders & Brexit: Orders over £125 may incur additional customs fees. UK customs may assess combo deals at a higher value, leading to unexpected charges.

Package Value Declaration: We cannot declare a lower package value than what was paid at checkout.


Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Dubai Chocola, we take pride in our handcrafted chocolates and ensure they are fresh and made-to-order. As such, we have strict return policies to maintain product quality.

Custom Orders (Personalized Chocolates)

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please email us at customerservice@dubaichocola.com immediately.
  • No cancellations after processing: Once your chocolates have been prepared, we cannot cancel or refund your order due to the custom nature of our products.

Non-Custom Products – Returns & Cancellations

For non-custom items, you may not cancel your order.
